Setting up your Clover Station Duo

The Clover Station Duo is the countertop point-of-sale system Arca provides — a merchant terminal, a customer-facing display, and a built-in receipt printer. This guide walks through assembling the two screens, connecting the printer base and hub, and powering everything on safely.

What's in the box

Note: In some regions a region-specific power cable is included for your outlet type. The two screens connect to their bases with the included screwdriver — keep it handy for the steps below.

Set it up in 5 steps

Assemble the screens

Attach the terminal and the customer display each to its base — route the cable through the base and secure it with the included screwdriver.

Set up the printer base

Place the receipt printer base where the system will sit and connect its cable.

Connect the pieces

Run the provided cables between the bases, then plug the connection hub into the printer base. Secure each connector with the screwdriver.

Connect power

Plug the power adapter into the hub, then connect the power cable to the adapter.

Plug in last, and power on

Connect to a grounded AC outlet last, after everything else is assembled. The system powers on automatically.

Tip: Save the wall outlet for last and use a grounded outlet, so the terminal, display and printer all power up together safely.

Load receipt paper

The built-in printer uses 83 mm (3.25 in) thermal paper rolls. Open the printer cover, drop the roll in so the paper feeds from the bottom toward you, pull a little paper past the cutter, and close the cover.
